Wake Forest is where we live and where we do everything. This is where our kids go to school, where we go to church. We like the small town feel of Wake Forest. It has it’s own personality. Convenient to the airport, RTP, etc . Many shopping centers are only about 10 minutes away. You get the feeling of being “out” a little bit but still the close proximity to everything!

What are the best things about your neighborhood?

We’ve been very happy here. One of the things we’ve loved is, due to it being out a little further, you get more property, over an acre. It’s quiet, the mature landscape. It’s just beautiful. Great neighbors.

What are a few of your favorite LOCAL restaurants or shops?

Shorty’s in downtown Wake Forest, Shuckers, Dairy Depot, The Factory…the list goes on and on!

What are your favorite things about your home?

A LOT of things! Large lot that is over an acre on a cul-de-sac. Street is pretty much already developed, so when you’re at the cul-de-sac, you know how it’s going to look and feel like. Mature landscape, lot of trees and natural areas which gives the feeling of privacy. The theater room!! Play set in the back yard. The home a Gold Winner of the Parade of Homes.
