1. What made you want to become a builder?
I had a great role model that I looked up to while in undergrad.  Coming out of college he offered me a job and I knew I wanted to continue to learn from him. Once I started building I fell in love with the daily challenges, the interaction with people and the joy of see a family move in and enjoy something I had a part of creating.

2. What makes the homes you build different than those built by other builders?
Each and every home I build has a unique character that I try to showcase.  In a day when so many “cookie cutter” houses are being built, i’m proud to say that no two houses i’ve ever built are the same!

3. What is appealing about the area where this home is located?
The proximity to Downtown Raleigh is fantastic, while still providing a quiet, scenic environment.  Very few properties in Downtown offer the outdoor environment this house does.

4. What are some of the key features of this home?
The open concept and gourmet kitchen are second to none at this price point.  Each part of the house has a unique feature, from floating shelves in the guest bathroom to the trim accent walls. There is even a laundry chute in the master bedroom!  We have used the industries top products like Advantec Sub-Flooring, James Hardi Siding and Landmark Shingles..

5. Where did you get the inspiration for the design of this home?
In 2018 I had an opportunity to go to a wedding in Marthas Vineyard. I wanted to pull some styles and visuals that I got a saw while on the Island in to this building plan and the design selections the design team is working on.
