Buying a new house is one of the largest steps a person makes in their life; emotionally, physically, and financially. Chad Wingler does not take this step lightly. This husband and father of three knows how important it is to find the right fit in a home. He goes out of his way to make sure his clients find the process of buying a home enjoyable and as stress free as possible. Chad is committed to providing customer service with a personal touch that is second to none in the industry. It’s this level of service that is the expected standard at the Kima Real Estate Group / Keller Williams and Chad is up for the challenge.
Born and raised in North Carolina, Chad grew up in the cotton mill town of Kannapolis. A graduate of Western Carolina University, he and his family moved to Wake County in 1997 and have enjoyed making the Raleigh area their home. Chad is a family man first and enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife, Anne, and their children, Drayton, Julia, and Annabel. Outside of work and family, Chad stays busy being involved at his church and volunteering at his kids’ schools. He also enjoys getting out and working in his yard, coaching sports and occasionally playing a round of golf. Having lived in 4 homes in just the time he’s been married, Chad brings invaluable experience and understanding to the home buying and moving process.
Being a licensed Realtor for over a decade, Matt has had the opportunity to sell in different markets and different types of properties including residential homes, land, investment properties, and co-ops, many of which were in the New York metro market. He brings a vast knowledge of negotiation and will use his skills to help you find your dream home Matt comes from a real estate family – his mother has been a successful Realtor for over 30 years, his father was a builder, and his uncle was in commercial real estate. Real Estate is in Matt’s blood and he has a passion to serve you in the best possible way to make sure every transaction goes as smooth as possible. Matt’s specialties are relocations and first time buyers. He has a commitment to treat each client as though “you are the only one” and you will notice this by his availability to your needs and professionalism.
Matt grew up in the Carolina’s and graduated form Western Carolina University. He loves calling Wake County home because to him it’s all about family. Matt loves the outdoors, mountain biking, martial arts and trying to keep up with his 3 young kids. He is a big Yankees, Carolina Hurricanes, and Catamount fan.
While she is new to the world of real estate, Kelly is no stranger to serving a wide range of clients as she has been in the field of sales and customer service for 12 years. Not only does Kelly place high value on her working relationships, she understands the significance of identifying all of your new-home needs and is dedicated to helping you find the perfect match all while providing the highest level of understanding, patience, and communication.
The fifth generation to be born and raised on her family’s farm just outside Burlington, North Carolina, Kelly is a proud member of the North Carolina State University Wolfpack and an avid enthusiast of craft beer and southern hospitality. At home you can find Kelly cozied up with her two long-haired dachshunds, and a fella by the name of Jonathan. Kelly enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, indulging in a Bravo show, listening to live music, and enjoying the great outdoors with family and friends.

Keri, along with her husband, two kids, & dog Finn, has lived in Wake Forest for the past 6 years. Growing up in the Midwest, she definitely does not miss the winters and absolutely loves all that North Carolina has to offer. When Keri is not working, she enjoys cheering on her son who plays travel hockey for the NC Force & watching her daughter learn how to ride horses. She loves being out in nature, going to the beach, traveling, watching cooking shows, playing board games, & family movie nights.
Keri brings valuable experience to the team as a licensed Realtor with a background as a Client Service Manager. One of Keri’s passions is helping people and real estate gives her the opportunity to do just that. Interacting with clients and being part of such a huge purchase or sale motivates her to do her best . Her attention to detail and kind spirit deliver an exceptional experience for each client; she has helped close over 300 real estate transactions! You are in great hands with Keri.
Andrew, a former college athlete and now husband and dad of 3 boys, has taken his talents from the field to the playground and now to the office. He has lived in North Carolina since 2nd grade and is happy to now call Raleigh home. He is committed to being a positive light and ensuring he adds value in every aspect of life.
Andrew has a passion for serving the community and is active in his church and a local non-profit in Raleigh. He is excited to be a part of the Kima family where he can apply his service mentality to align with your goals and objectives!
He is committed to bringing his A-game everyday, so there are never any questions as to whether or not your needs are met and exceeded.
A fun fact about Andrew is that he loves Taco Tuesday and if it were a holiday he would have no problem celebrating it every day!
Jessica is a licensed NC Real Estate Broker and proud Triangle native. Born and raised in Apex, NC and now living in Raleigh, Jessica’s lifetime in the area has given her a multifaceted understanding of local markets.
Jessica is a “dog mom” to Dax, an energetic rescued Rottweiler, and looks forward to adopting a puppy with her partner this winter. She also enjoys making music with good friends in the area, and is a retired ballroom dance professional.
As Executive Assistant, Jessica looks forward to facilitating a flawless back-of-house operational system for Kima Real Estate Group’s customers, both residential and commercial. She looks forward to continuing the meaningful and rewarding work of assisting folks as they buy, sell, or invest in real estate.
