This husband and father of three knows how important it is to find the right fit in a home. He goes out of his way to make sure his clients find the process of buying a home enjoyable and as stress free as possible. Chad is committed to providing customer service with a personal touch that is second to none in the industry. It’s this level of service that is the expected standard at the Kima Real Estate Group / Keller Williams and Chad is up for the challenge.
Born and raised in North Carolina, Chad grew up in the cotton mill town of Kannapolis. A graduate of Western Carolina University, he and his family moved to Wake County in 1997 and have enjoyed making the Raleigh area their home. Chad is a family man first and enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife, Anne, and their children, Drayton, Julia, and Annabel. Outside of work and family, Chad stays busy being involved at his church and volunteering at his kids’ schools. He also enjoys getting out and working in his yard, coaching sports and occasionally playing a round of golf. Having lived in 4 homes in his 15 years of marriage, Chad brings invaluable experience and understanding to the home buying and moving process.

Meagan has been active in the Real Estate industry since 2015. Early in her career she assisted in well over 300 local home sales and purchases, providing knowledge of all the hard work and care that goes in to making sure our clients know their Real Estate dreams are our top priority.
In her current role as Director of Operations for Kima Real Estate Group, Meagan will be heavily involved and strategic planning, team building, optimizing systems, overseeing business operations, and assisting in marketing and community awareness.
A true southerner born and raised in Raleigh, NC, Kara is the youngest of four girls. She is also a proud aunt of four nephews. When she is not trying to out run her dad at the gym she is spending time with her dog, Bailey. She enjoys spending time at the beach soaking in the salt, sand, and water. Life is an adventure and she is along for the ride!
Kara epitomizes energy, and hard work on every detail of real estate transactions. Her desire to be an asset to the team and community reflects through her day to day efforts. Working in a community that takes care of each other is important to her. When she is not working in real estate she is volunteering at the school where she previously worked, as well as in the community she has been a part of for over thirty years. Kara is a team player and who wants the best for everyone.

Christina has 2 passions. Love of pups and travel. Yes, dogs! Having grown up in New England with black labs and a golden retriever, her love of animals started early. She has travelled as far away as India, throughout Europe and beyond.
Recently she and her husband Joel sold all of the worldly possessions to travel the country in an Airstream Trailer with their 2 dogs, Guiness and Sadie. After a year of traveling, exploring, meeting new friends, seeing new sights and seeing what this country has to offer, she decided it was time to shift gears again.
Christina bring compassion, energy, and a sense of curiosity to each new client she encounters. Her ability to understand the various needs and the pressures of timelines set her apart in her role with Kima Real Estate Group. Christina’s true desire to help people shines through day in and day out.
Mauranda’s extensive background in marketing and design, along with real estate experience, ensures a strong advantage behind the clients she serves. Her love for all aspects of marketing and real estate, and desire for strong results, helps place the agents and their clients ahead of the game when they are using Gather Group & Co as leverage in their business.
Mauranda believes in the importance of long lasting relationships, community involvement, and building partnerships.
